Relevant experience and knowledge in Digital Payment, Banking, Financial institution. Specific in Payment Gateway is an advantage;

Effective communication abilities, negotiation skill and critical thinking;

A minimum formal education of bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law;

At least 1- 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;

Financial and Government regulatory experience is an advantage.

Drafting, review, and identify any issues in commercial Agreements, Vendor Agreements, Service Agreements, MOUs, Policy Contracts, as per existing legislation, etc.

Has a legal educational background

Fresh graduate or 1-2 years experience in law

Willing to undergo education and bond service after education

Not married and willing not to get married during education

Provide legal opinions/opinions required in the company's business activities

Making and preparing (drafting) as well as checking (reviewing) documents from a legal perspective

Gelar sarjana di bidang terkait (misalnya Manajemen, Ekonomi, Komunikasi, Teknik, dll.) atau setara.

Pengalaman kerja sebelumnya di bidang terkait akan menjadi nilai tambah.

Kemampuan dalam penggunaan komputer dan perangkat lunak perkantoran.

Kemampuan berkomunikasi dengan baik secara lisan maupun tulisan.

Kemampuan untuk bekerja secara efektif dalam tim.

Keterampilan organisasi yang baik dan mampu mengelola tugas-tugas yang beragam.

Supporting administrative data for legal licenses and certifications.

Handling permits related to OSS (Online Single Submission).

Filing land asset documents for the entire company and individual owners.

Supporting routine LKPM (Land and Building Tax) reporting.

Reminding about expired licenses and land assets documents.

Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Law.
