Ability to manage resources (people and finance)

Understand the overall Finance regulation in Yayasan Ipas Indonesia

Bachelor Degree in relevant field (health or public health) with at least 3-5 years of experience in development work.

Experience working in a non-profit organization.

Demonstrated experience in working with health facilities, health professionals, as well as government and non-government stakeholders.

Sound knowledge on Health System and Reproductive Health issues with orientation towards improving the space for women’s health.
