Melakukan koordinasi dengan team yang ada dibawahnya terkait dengan pembagian tugas yang akan dikerjakan.

Membuat desain sebagai dasar untuk pengembangan sistem aplikasi Eksternal SND

Melakukan koordinasi dengan team IT dan semua bagian terkait untuk mendiskusikan rancangan yang telah dibuat.

Regulatory Compliance and Auditing skills

Experience in conducting compliance training

Experience working in the aviation industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or related field

At least 2 years experience as Anti-Money Laundering officer/Compliance officer

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Conduct review on the new product and activity plan to ensure the implementation will follow the regulation.

Conduct suspicious transaction report to regulator where appropriate

Familiar with Anti-Money Laundering Procedures prevail in Indonesia

Evaluate Anti-Money Laundering implementation program in the Company

Provide assistance/coordination to regulators (Disnaker, Immigration, Customs, Dept. of Finance, Police, etc.) if needed.

Minimum 1 year experience as Legal Staff/Compliance Staff

Experienced in operating OSS System

Making and/or checking the Company's legal documents based on the applicable laws and regulations.

Make and/or check all Company agreements.

Compile a database of all applicable laws and regulations related to the Company's obligations.

Related working experience min 1 year

Monitor the change of regulation in the regulator website as well as produce its summary.

Document the letter and other corresponding forms from and to the regulator.

Support the Compliance administration aspect including to assist in the implementation of regulatory library for repository of regulations applicable for bank.

Preferably coming from banking industry

What You Will Do :

3. Interested in a career with Compliance and Risk Management in capital market industry.

1. Having bachelor degree preferably in Finance/ Law/Accounting.

2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to speak Mandarin will be highly advantageous.

4. Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks.

5. Excellent attention to detail, teamwork, and ability to work in a fast paced environment.

6. Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

2. More than of 1 year professional of working experience in mining industry (preferable from tax consultant)

3. Strong knowledge of local tax law and regulation

Preaparing individual tax return (expatriat) annually

Preaparing and reviewing corporate income tax return (CIT) annually

Assisting SP2DK response for individual and corporate group

Designing tax planning scheme for corporate group (if any)
