Staff Administration Engineering Jobs in Kota Tangerang, Banten

Minimum 1 year experience in the same position, (fresh graduated are welcome)

Min. Diploma graduate majoring in mechanical, electrical or industrial engineering

Expert to AutoCAD & SOLIDWORKS

Understand and be able to read technical drawings

Expert in using Microsoft Excel

Support marketing for supplying techincal doc

Have at least 1-2 years of experience in administrative and accounting tasks

Have a good interpersonal and communication skills

Maintain and operate several online selling platforms (order records and other clerical or administrative tasks)

General office ad-hoc duties including office administration and managing office supplies, and other additional duties defined by direct superior

Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement

Assist superior with correspondences with external parties
