Mengelola berbagai operasi toko e-commerce.

Menjaga kondisi toko dan standar merchandising

Bekerja sama dengan account executive untuk menyiapkan harga SKU baru.

Mendukung tim eksekutif akun dengan bantuan untuk mengatur promosi (flash sale, diskon, gimmicks) di berbagai akun e-commerce.

Memperbarui dengan kampanye e-commerce saat ini

Menjaga stabilitas dan reputasi toko.

Manage the product catalogue on e-shop

Manage stock online on marketplace

Manage complain items reject / return

Work with brand manager on all aspect of the e-shop including sales and marketing campaigns

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Knowledge of various platforms and online sales strategies and can be used to conduct digital sales or website conversions

At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Experience in e-commerce fields and social media ads.

Good communication and writing skills in English.

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree any major.

Good understanding in e-commerce platform such as Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok, BukaLapak, Blibli, Lazada, JD.id, etc.

Able to learn and adapt to new technology, also work as a team.

At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Experience in e-commerce fields and social media ads.

Good communication and writing skills inEnglish.
