Manage job analysis, evaluation and job description as well as job grading

Partner with HC Managerin creating and Performance Indicators

Design, develop, and manage the strategies and framework of Performance Appraisal to evaluate and motivate employees objectively and fairly.

Plan and develop reward and benefit strategybased on reward and benefit market trend to ensure the implementation of fair pay system

Implement the compensation and benefit program

Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and make recommendations to senior management.

Develop and implement performance management systems that promote employee engagement and provide opportunities for professional growth and development.

Bachelor's degree in psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field

Lead culture experience initiatives that build a strong sense of belonging and alignment with the company values.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the organization, including managers, employees, and external partners.

Manage communication channels, such as the company internal website, to ensure employees have access to relevant information and resources.

Education Bachelor Degree any discipline

Effective communication, presentation, supervision, problem solving, team building and conflict resolution skills required.

Experience with leadership of multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams and building cohesive team function.

Excellent office skill, such as Excel, Power Point and Word.

Having knowledge and understanding of community and social issues.

Ability to adapt to living conditions in a remote area.

Exemplary project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously under tight deadline.

Identify and screen key E&S risks associated with the assigned projects against the requirements of IFC’s Performance Standards.

Strong analytical skills, ability to think strategically, analyze and synthesize diverse information and draw conclusions from limited data.

Ability to communicate effectively and concisely in spoken and written English is essential. Additional language skills are advantageous.

Willing and able to travel frequently, sometimes to remote field locations with limited amenities (once Covid-19 travel restriction allow).

Support the E&S component of broad and complex upstream projects for MAS, FIG, INFRA in Asia Pacific, involving multi-disciplinary teams.

Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, including planning, tracking, and reporting on progress

Familiarity with stakeholder engagement and communication strategies, such as stakeholder mapping, communication planning, and relationship management

Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, including experience working with Excel, Miro, Jira, and other data analysis tools

Knowledge of research methodologies, including qualitative and quantitative research methods, data collection, and analysis

Effective communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex environmental information to diverse stakeholders
