Bachelor’s degree or higher in International Trade, Business, Marketing or other related majors.

Fluency in oral and written of Chinese is a must

Support Business Development activities to enhance the value of alliances and manage partnership risks. Support BD&L project management.

Contribute to the alliance management (AM) of partners by collaborating with AM manager.

Update quarterly performance of partners to database and provide yearly regular alliance management review deck to regional BD team

Project Management; Collaborating across boundaries; Influencing without authority; Aligning people and resources; Managing across functions and boundaries

Liaise with key stakeholders (partners, Novartis internal managers) to ensure all BD&L process is followed in record time
