Identify trends and provides insights to the Management to grow their organization and profitability.

Financial Planning and analysis and suggestion to management for improving the margin analysis. Also, handling pricing analysis.

Minimum 5years of relevant working experience, preferable in FMCG/ Industrial sector

Strong analytical skill with good business acumen

Advance Microsoft Office Skill, strong at pivot table and vlookup.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia and ability to build cross discipline relationships

Partner Finance Controllership team on P&L and B/S management

Business partnering: Partner and advise Business Unit management in driving business and financial performance

Performance management: support BU to manage performance of BU, support key initiatives, and projects

Any other ad-hoc function assigned by the CEO / Executive Management

Bachelor Degree in Accounting, 3+ years of financial/business analysis working experience

Exceptional analytical and numerical skills

Collaborate with other finance teams and manage reporting, compliance and controls projects

Minimum of five years' experience in financial/commercial finance/FP&A

Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economic is required

Previous experience working in a multinational company is a must

Experience in Food & Beverages industry is a must

Strong analytical abilities combined with a pragmatic approach
