Sharia Business Risk Intern Jobs

Review and monitor Product / business risk management from an end-to-end basis based on CPBB Process Governance structure.

Promote a strong risk management and compliance culture.

Understand risk profile and deploy/utilise Group Risk Assessment Matrix, Delegated Authorities Matrix, and the Risk Management Process.

Provide MIS as per agreed key controls, and escalate if needed, to appropriate management

Develop and implement Management Action Plan in Audits

Implement effective risk management process

Understanding the business or project objectives in the assigned area.

Translating existing processes as well as implemented solutions into appropriate documentation.

Maintaining governance in the development of Sharia-compliant digital financing products.

Fresh graduate with a bachelor's degree (S1) or in the final year of a bachelor's degree program (S1).

Proficiency in using MS Office and Google G-Suite.

Clear oral and written communication, including in English.

Having knowledge in Sharia Insurance is preferable

Good communication skill and able to work as a team

Develop Sharia agency business to achieve high quality business target & strategies which include production, persistency, productivity, and other assigned KPIs

Develop entrepreneurship for assigned Sharia Agency Leader and building high quality agents

Provide support and service to Sharia agents

Minimum bachelor degree from related major

Strong knowledge of risk assessment methodologies, crisis management frameworks, and emergency response planning.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., risk management, emergency management, business administration).

Familiarity with international standards and best practices in risk management and crisis preparedness.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and evaluate risks effectively.
