Overview The Service Team is responsible for providing customer service and technical support to customers. They are the first point of contact for customers and provide assistance with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and problem resolution. They must be knowledgeable about the products and services offered by the company and be able to provide accurate information to customers. They must be able to troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. They must also be able to provide customer service and support in a professional and courteous manner.
