Elicitation of detail requirement with business stakeholder, validate and verify business requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or any related field

3-5 years professional experience in Business Analyst , Regulatory Reporting, Financial Analysis, or similar role

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experienced in BI – Antasena Project (for at least 2 years)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Possesses relevant experience in operations especially in regulatory and management reporting preparation and submission.

Support any operational activities or project management related to residual GCB portfolio post business divestiture period

Partner with local and regional business management team to ensure alignment of business goals

Communicate business knowledge, product knowledge, and requirements to business and internal support functions

Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, experienced in dealing and working with various stakeholders

Engage with appropriate regulatory bodies through relevant partners within country to ensure compliance towards applicable regulatory requirement.

5-6+ years of experience, including 5+ years' managerial experience

Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

Excellent competency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

Able to communicate & work closely with other Departments

Willing to work under pressure, over office hour, with limited timeline

Willing to be placed in BSD City, South Tangerang (WFO).

At least 2 years experience in related job

Having understanding & experience in developing ETL tools or ETL concepts

Bachelor Degree from Information Technology / Computer Science

Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and project management skills, using relevant information to make timely and critical decisions that affect cross-functional teams

Project management experience and/or experience working in an Agile environment

Communicate with relevant internal technical stakeholders to obtain information on project limitations, performance requirements, and interfaces.

Broad understanding of computer science, with specific knowledge of computer programming, application design, and user-focused features

Good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Sound knowledge of software development process
