Monitor work or the laboratory day to day activities, in order to have accurate and reliable laboratory result.

Develop any potential idea to enhance the operability, reliability, efficiency of the plant operation.

Proactively monitor the process safety issue and provide solution/mitigation to avoid/minimize the impact of any process safety issue in the plant.

Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering.

Minimum 5 years of working experience in the semiconductor industry

Good process knowhow/knowledge in wire bonding process Al/Cu/Au

Experienced in Shinkawa, Orthodyne, and ASM wire-bonders are highly preferred

Having good communication, interpersonal skills, proactive, and high teamwork spirit collaborating with cross-site counterparts

Knowledgeable in process characterization, process controls/FMEA, and familiar with systematic problem-solving/ analysis tools.
