Good knowledge across Digital Marketing tools such as Google Trends, Analytics or Keyword Planner

Experience using Slides or PowerPoint and Excel

Manage advertising budgets effectively, allocating funds to different platforms and campaigns based on performance and ROI.

Proven experience as a Media Buyer, preferably in a real estate or advertising agency setting.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with platform representatives.

Create, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns to ensure they align with client goals and objectives.

Manage existing accounts, maintain relationships, and ensure client satisfaction

Good communication and presentation skills

Responsible for marketing and sales to our international clients

Consulting customers on online advertising campaigns and consumer lead generation

Create new business opportunities - cold calling, referrals & prospecting

Must be good in English, especially in communication

Help manage and execute a campaign throughout the campaign lifecycle including setting up, creative management, pacing and delivery

Set up campaigns within a media-management system

Minimum of 1 years digital media experience, agency and performance media required.

Experience of working with multiple stakeholders e.g. suppliers, clients, and internal specialist resources

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (especially English)
