Senior Engineering Analyst Jobs

8+ years of relevant, broad engineering experience, including 3+ years of people management experience.

Proven team manager with a servant leader mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to get things done collaboratively.

Experienced in how to manage, support and grow a team of talented software engineers.

Hands-on experience with web frontend and backend application development.

Demonstrates a solid understanding of cloud infrastructure with hands-on experience being a plus.

Ability to clearly communicate high-level strategy and technical details effectively across disciplines, locations, and organizations, including to senior managers.

Min. 12 years of work experience in engineering design. Have experience in marine engineering or hydrology/water management would be an advantage

Perform QA/QC process in accordance with the management system for engineering design works

Good analytical skill, logical thinking and detail oriented

Good communication and presentation skills

Carry out a check list and check all design engineering work products

Updating all applicable SOPs, technical specifications and engineering standards.
