Advanced degrees or certifications in quality management or a related field are preferred.
Preferred background includes experience in managing quality teams, working with cross-functional teams, and implementing quality management systems such as ISO 9001.
Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools, such as statistical process control, root cause analysis, and quality risk management.
Experience in developing and delivering quality training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of quality team members and stakeholders.
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as industrial engineering, quality management, manufacturing, or a related discipline is required.
