Melakukan kunjungan dan merekrut dealer potensial

Menjelaskan tentang bisnis dan produk consignment Moladin Digital Indonesia

Membantu dealer dalam proses transaksi pembelian (buyout) dan penjualan (sellout)

Mempertahankan hubungan yang baik dengan dealer partner

Melakukan pemantauan inventaris unit di dealer partner

Melakukan aktivitas penjualandengan memberikan informasi produk yang baik dan benar, sebagai bagian dari strategi penjualan

Bertanggung jawab penuh atas target yang telah di tetapkan oleh perusahaan

Menjaga hubungan baik dengan customer dan calon customer, menjaga dan memastikan tercapainya kepuasan pelanggan

Melakukan customer visit dan customer call secara berkala

Membuat laporan dari hasil kegiatan hariannya agar dapat dijadikan evaluasi dan perbaikan

Melakukan Sales visit rutin sesuai target yang telah ditentukan

Troubleshoot all IT system and network problems

Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks

Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Science & Technology or equivalent

Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

Applicants must be willing to work in Cabang Jambi

Pendidikan minimal Diploma, Bachelor's Degree dengan jurusan Pastry/Pattisery/Culinary Management/sejenisnya.

Posisi Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) spesialisasi Hotel atau Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service atau sejenisnya.

Mengembangkan dan melaksanakan rencana penjualan untuk mencapai target penjualan

Mengidentifikasi, memprioritaskan, dan mengeksekusi terhadap akun / prospek yang diartikulasikan dalam rencana penjualan

Memahami kebutuhan pelanggan dan menciptakan solusi produk bernilai tambah

Manajemen penjualan termasuk distributor, grosir, broker dan manajemen pengguna akhir

Capacity to understand the field sales functions (territory management, distributor business process, salesman productivity, excellence in execution)

Minimum 3 years work experience in field sales with supervisory experience, preferably in FMCG

Good analytical thinking, problem solving, and communication skills

Strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data

Planning, monitoring and controlling the implementation of trade marketing activities

Managing, implementing, and evaluating territory and channel’s strategy to ensure excellent execution in line with outlet’s potency and consumer preference

Responsible to deliver good quality of data entry process for loan application and document upload into the system

Coordinate with various PIC such as surveyor, credit analyst, branch manager and marketing to support the operation

At least a Bachelor’s Degree from reputable university with an excellent GPA (preferably accounting/finance/economic/business administration)

Experience in managing large data set

Good communication skills and able to communicate the process recommendation properly in operational area

To ensure collateral document are safely keep temporary in branch storage before it deliver to store at Head Office

Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position as Sales/Marketing, preferably in the survey/inspection industry or related industries.

Analytical, detail-oriented, team player, and creative personality.

Fluent Mandarin speaking & writing is advantage
