Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills

Craft and execute the product roadmap and accountable for the quality and timeliness deliverables

Good time management skills, the ability to multitask and work under pressure, and strong decision-making skills.

Monitor and manage maintenance and repair costs.

Manage service center facilities to ensure smooth work.

At least 5 years of experience in trucking/automotive maintenance

Knowledge of SAP asset and maintenance modules
