Handle all the driver community, marketing, and driver care responsibilities on areas level

Manage service time, driver and customer satisfaction

Coordinate with Area Operations Manager for day-to-day escalated issues around driver service and customer service.

Having a minimum of 3 years experience in related fields.

Passionate about community development, having relevant previous experience would be preferred.

Experience launching community initiatives (building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series, etc.)

Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems

Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives

2-5 year's quota carrying sales experience

Experience as a SaaS (Software as a Service) sales is preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Meet and exceed sales targets
