Sales Engineer Automation Jobs

Perform day-to-day tasks of conducting sales visits, quotation presentations along with Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) updates, forecasting.

Develop and manage strategic sales plans, forecasts and sales campaigns, while analyzing products, markets and customers’ sales potential.

Assist the Area Sales Manager with development of annual budgets.

Identify target companies for business development initiatives.

Ensure a high order intake with targeted margin by implementing the defined sales plan.

Identify and visit each office and key contacts on a regular basis.

Write report on automation set up / repaired

Minimum 1 years in handling automation

Having minimum D3 / S1 in electrical or mechanical engineering

Able to work in a team

Have experience in Manufacturing and/or Electrical knowledge is a plus.

Breaking down the concept into requirements and cost budgeting.

Designing automation systems that meet the needs and requirements using engineering tools.

At least 5 years (s) of working experience in automated industrial, production machinery design, controls, and PLCs.

Have experience in designing Special Purpose Machine is a must.

Have good interpersonal, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.

To build market strategy and implement into sales through management of sales subordinates

welding, automation, or other manufacturing engineering solution experience

10 years of sales track record in the manufacturing sector

Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical Engineering with +10 years technical sales experience in similar field (Automation and Engineering)

Possess knowledge in business concepts and manufacturing processes in FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Logistic distribution, electronic or Automotive industry would be an advantage

Ability to understand and explain technical concepts, solutions and value propositions

Preferable with the ability in drawing tools such as AutoCAD/Inventor/3D

Independent, willing to travel and communicating to customer (handling for central Java and East Java)

Conduct Sales bidding to customer (Selling Automation Conveyor Systems)

Responsible for providing education and presentations to explain automation products or services to customers or potential customers

Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Good skill in communication with customers

Make relationship with customer and search for the potential customer in the responsible industry segment

Responsible for fulfilling any customer request for an automation spare part

Assist customers in analyzing machine constraints to minimize downtime for production machines

Providing product education and advice

Minimum Diploma Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineer

Understand basic electrical and mechanical

Searching for new potential customer

Present products and services to potential customers
