Bertanggung jawab dalam pencapaian target penjualan yang telah ditetapkan, baik profit maupun volume.

Melakukan analisa dan evaluasi secara rutin atas hasil penjualan, serta aktif melakukan perbaikan.

Aktif dalam mencari informasi terkini dan terpercaya mengenai kondisi pasar dan perkembangannya termasuk informasi mengenai kompetitor melalui survey pasar/lapangan.

Menjalin hubungan baik antar dept./divisi, serta dengan seluruh konsumen.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales in FMCG Company

Great communication and negotiation skills

Great decision-making and problem-solving skills

Managing business performance and achieving sales target in the assigned areas

Developing and executing sales operational plan

Managing individual trade partners i.e. customer (wholesaler and retail) together with Distributor’s team.

1. Development and management of professional TV&AC channels in the region

2. Auxiliary area for other categories of business to jointly manage the overlapping channel TV business,

Has experience on BIG Home Appliance more than 5 years.

3. Responsible for SI & SO indicators for the monthly TV performance of region,

4. Collect and feedback on daily reports, statements, and market information.
