Bertanggungjawab atas akurasi data pelanggan yang telah diinput di sistem (‘Customer Contact Management').

Melakukan input transaksi penjualan sesuai SOP administrasi penjualan.

Memastikan laporan-laporan terkait penjualan diselesaikan tepat waktu dan akurat.

Memastikan arsip administrasi penjualan lengkap dan rapi.

Dapat menggunakan komputer dengan lancar dan excellent

Memiliki kemampuan yang baik dalam mengoperasikan excel

Min. 2 years of experience in HR & GA

Manage BPJS Employment and BPJS Health

English must be communicative level

Able to handle the process of recruitment, refreshment, BPJS health and employment

Process employee contracts and absences

Coordinate with external and internal parties related to manpower needs.

Have experienced in sales min 1 year

Looking for, indentify prospective customers and the potential market

Min, Bachelor Degree (any fields)

Have certificate driving license A

Excelent Personality, good communication and interpesonal sklill

Wlling to be located in : Commercial HD Branch Area

Demonstrate a history of success as a consultant and sales account management.

Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate performance results and recommendations to senior management.

Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and gather feedback to continuously improve products, services, and customer experience.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a Software sales/Cloud sales

Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.

Fresh graduates or maximum with 2 years working experience.

Displayed proven Leadership, actively involved in Organization / Having Internship Experience is a plus point.

Have good interpersonal Skill. Eager to learn new things.

Diploma (D3) / (D4) Graduates from Reputable University with GPA (IPK) 3.0 Above – Majoring in Electrical

Fluent in English (Verbal & written)

• Excellent planning, organisational, communication, time management and leadership skills

3-5 years of hands-on experience in Human Resource and Finance Managing

Manage finance-related work including Account Payable, Account Receivable and budgeting.

• Two or more years of experience in finance and accounting

Manage HR-related work including Payroll, Company accounts, Invoices, Clients documents and Tax.

Expected to work closely with the Contry Manager, internal managers and team leads.

Experiences 1-2 year as sales

Excellent in sales marketing skill both on online and offline

Proven experiences as sales in similar field with Maxx's Group services is an advantage

Diploma degree in any fields

Fluent in English both on written and oral
