Utilizes budgets, operating statements and payroll progress reports as needed to assist in the financial management of department.

Utilizes the Labor Management System to effectively schedule to business demands and for tracking of employee time and attendance.

High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.

Helps to manage the delivery of amenity packages and VIP gifts.

Supervises Room Service in the absence of the Room Service Manager.

Manages to achieve or exceed budgeted goals.

Organizational and time management skills

Act as customers’ representative and point of contact for all matters specific to the customers’ plant room retrofit requirements.

Identify potential opportunities with existing service customers and update customers on retrofit offerings.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Encourage customer growth and loyalty to the company through continuous support and customer assistance.

Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems with internal stakeholders; develops, evaluates, and discusses possible solutions internally and make recommendation to customers.

Strong guest service mindset and people management & development skills

Bachelor degree in Hospitality or Business Management (S1)

Has minimum 2 year experience in a similar position at 5 stars Hotel

Previous experience in Luxury Hotel or International experience are advantages

Have an Experience in Marriott property is preferable

Strong in leadership and business acumen

Well-versed in MsOffice, channel manager, property management, and revenue management systems.

Excellent command of the English language.

Analytical and articulate, you can make difficult decisions while effectively communicating with a diverse group of stakeholders.

You have the ability to lead a large team and influence others to achieve common goals.

You can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Diploma in Hospitality Management or similar

Possess good customer service, communication skills, problem-solving skills and , patience, along with self-confidence

Computer literacy in Opera Fidelio, Micros, and Microsoft

Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
