Risk Management Information System Specialist Jobs

Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Proven experience (1 - 2 years) in institutional risk management within a governmental, public sector, or similar environment.

Certification in risk management (e.g., CRM, CERA, PRM) is a plus.

Design, development, and management of MIS infrastructure

Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team

Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner

Advanced Excel and database management

Define MIS requirements and needs

Has experience in MIS reporting or related fields at least 1 years

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the Risk Management function of financial institutions, preferably lending business.

Advise, develop and implement Risk Management standards and policies in compliance with regulatory changes;

Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience.

Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to effectively communicate advice backed up by sound judgment.

Responsible for the operational and day-to-day function in relation to the AML/CTF;

Assist superiors in answering requests for customer information from authorities, including ensuring that the answers are submitted correctly.

Menyusun dan mengembangkan struktur database yang efektif dan connect dengan data untuk kebutuhan reporting

Menyusun dan mengembangkan report unit profitability analysis, value tree dan analisa report lainnya

Menyusun materi/kajian terkait pengembangan product, kebijakan, acquisition program strategy

Mengembangkan analisa report dan data-data yang diperlukan untuk supporting data dalam pengambilan keputusan

Minimal S1 jurusan Teknik Informatika, Statistik, Teknik Industri

Responsible to monitor the risk management system and make reports of significant risks and recommendations

Bachelor's degree preferably majoring in Accounting/Finance/ Economics

In charge to establish and monitor key risk indicators and prepare for corrective action plans to mitigate risks

Reviewing market risk on an annual basis.

Analyze transactions, internal reports, and financial information for potential fraud risks

Arrange and make sure the implementation of parameter trading limit

2. Willing to overtime (weekend/holiday, and night shift schedule) either on-site or remotely, depending on business needs.

Experience of at least 3 years working in a Securities Company with the same position

Good communication skill (in Indonesia & English), both verbal and writing

Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable University

Have a Securities WPPE/WPEE that is registered with the OJK and is still active is plus

Aware of OJK & IDX rules and regulation

Able to operate Microsoft Office; Minimal Word & Excel

Monitor the implementation of risk management strategies that have been prepared by the Board of Directors.

Periodically review the risk management process.

Provide recommendations to business and operational functions and/or to the Risk Management committee, in accordance with their authority.

Strong knowledge and experience in data processing (data analysis and statistics).

Minimum one year (1) experience in a similar role

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Have basic knowledge regarding internal control, procedures, systems, operations, and risk management

Coordinate and monitor the implementation of the internal control system in implementing effective IT risk management.

Prepare training/socialization materials related to IT risk management

Prepare exposure materials for the IT risk management committee

Have basic knowledge of BI, OJK, and applicable laws and regulations related to Bank business activities

Have good analytical and problem solving skills

Communication and persuasive presentation skills (Indonesian and English)

Exposure or experience in the technical fields : IT System Infrastructure and Network, IT Security Operations (min. 5 years experienced)

Experience in the Information Technology auditing is a valuable point and required in the decisión making for risk assessment activity

Professional certification e.g. CISA/ COBIT/ CISM/ CISSP/ CRMP/ CGEIT, CCISO, and other techical certification

Having good communication (written & verbal) and presentation skill (in Bahasa and English)

Perform monitoring and evaluation to the implementation of recoomendation communicated through Risk Review document

Pendidikan min. S1 jurusan IT

Mempunyai pengalaman kerja sebagai IT MIS minimal 1 tahun di financial industry

Menguasai SQL dan Business Intelligence Tools

Mempunyai kemampuan menganalisa data ( data engineer /ETL Developer)

Mempunyai kemampuan dan pengalaman dalam mengautomasi laporan maupun schedule data processing
