Manage in-store promo program to maximize sell-out and market share.

Collaborate with Product managers & sales managers in formulating suitable in store promo program for different channels

Manage merchandiser team to optimize current touch points, maximize sell out, running promotion program & seek new channels with sales team

Manage dealer cooperation marketing and tracking the result

Experienced in similar position for 3-5 years.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Have a good communication skills, detail oriented, analytical mindset, time management, and planning

Understand and interpret the relevant regulatory and compliance requirements for the project, and advise the implementation of necessary regulations.

Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure everyone is aligned on project goals and requirements.

Minimum 2-3 years experience in similar position

Understanding of regulatory requirements is a plus

Strong interpersonal skill with the ability to provide critical thinking and reasoning under duress

Willing to participate and fulfill the Management Trainee program, including classes, activities, workshops, and field trainings

Open for fresh graduate with no more than 2 years of working experience

Having mandarin certification (HSK level 4 or above) would be a plus

Fulfilling the ordered task as required

Joining workshop and training session

Willing to give feedbacks or suggestion to develop the company

·Experienced person working in the second hand luxury market more than one year

·Working experience in retail or hospitality environment an advantage

·Knowledge of MS Office applications

·A good team player, with good communication and interpersonal skills
