Work with the product managers and researchers to help conduct user research

Translate research findings and user pain points into simple and usable user experience design

Craft user journey maps, flowcharts, wireframes, and wire flows to support product requirements/user stories

Iterate, evaluate, and test low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes as needed

Basic understanding of Adobe Creative Suite software (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects)

Defining user goals, models, taxonomy and user interfaces and translating them into wireframes and interactive prototypesjava

Crafting comprehensive UI/UX documentation and design artifacts including screen flows and detailed design specifications

Time-manage multiple projects and keep stakeholders updated on progress.

Two or more years of experience in a design role.

Certification and/or training in relevant software programs.

Communicate design concepts and pitches to relevant stakeholders.

Collaborate with product and engineer teams for cohesive deliverables.

Consistently deliver creative solutions for visually based problems or needs.

Up-level your technical skills and capital market knowledge

Design user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications

Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure that designs are implemented correctly

Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills

Knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript is a plus

Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
