● Master’s Degree in Management, Six Sigma / Lean or equivalent certifications will be an advantage.

· Assist in the management and delivering of large projects

· Assist in the management of clients

· Assist with the financial management of client projects

● Experienced project manager capable of working independently with both internal stakeholders and clients.

Senior Manager/Director in Delivering Deal Value Team (DDV)

Conduct end-to-end procurement activities; e.g. requirements gathering, baseline building, sourcing, negotiations, savings calculations, contract execution and contract management

Honed stakeholder management skills to inform and influence a diverse stakeholder group

Skilled in conflict management & facilitation

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in MS Word and MS PowerPoint (experience using ThinkCell is highly regarded)

Other beneficial attributes: background in commerce, finance, accounting, law or HR and previous experience in Consulting or Workforce Solutions

Strong quantitative and analytical skills (e.g. Excel, Power BI) to build fact based insight and recommendations

Established knowledge base/ skill set in: Data generation (clinical trials; IIS, RWE programs)

Medical or PhD / Other health sciences degrees with strong proven therapeutic area experience considered

3-5 years Professional experience within the pharmaceutical industry is desirable

Excellent oral and written English communication skills

Strong presentation skills: effective at summarizing and presenting the key considerations and decision-points

Effectively influence without authority and have excellent interpersonal and networking skills

Manage relationship with internal cross functional teams for support – marketing, legal, P&S, business sustainability, commercial, finance, supply etc.

Develop, manage and scale up deeper relationships with Value Chain companies.

Should be able to manage demand and supply situations to avoid losses for the farmers.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in Value Chain commercial area, Agribusiness area (practical experience in buying, selling or sourcing activities)

Experience with a value chain company leading sourcing or buying or commercial team

Has experience in agri-operations, procurement and supply chain

Bachelor's Degree; Management, Accounting, Finance or related majors

3 years of working experience as Relationship Manager for Lending in Banking Industry

Cooperate with other Relationship Manager in Corporate Banking or SME Banking to achieve project/deals related to Value Chain.

Perform business development, implementation, and marketing of products/services, business activities related to Value Chain.

Involved in all discussion with credit reviewer for Value Chain related client’s credit proposal.

Proficient in Ms. Office to prepare a weekly report and data compiling
