Regional Support Admin Intern Jobs

Manage IT Hardware, software and services and must liase with Finance Team as to manage company assets.

To create purchasing policy on hardware & software requirements & specification as company assets.

Manage team staffing and recruitment activities for IT Team.

Provide system monitoring to avoid hardware and application failure.

To ensure proper IT security in place for all user PC software and network access within the office infrastructure.

Support programmers to test systems.

Handling incoming goods for refunds, unboxing, and documentation, among other responsibilities.

Currently pursuing a minimum of a Diploma (D3) education level.

Recording attendance of field representatives, tracking the utilization of resources, and team expenditures (reimbursements/budgeting).

Reviewing and verifying transactions with vendors/enablers.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and/or Google Documents.

Adeptness and willingness to learn about the company and its products.

Experience in website and/or content experience, is a plus

Support end-to-end projects for community development initiatives in Hyperlocal cities including maintaining and developing the community itself

Translate business objectives into marketing plan & strategy

Review, evaluate, and report each community initiative in hyperlocal cities

Enrolled in the undergraduate program with a major in Marketing, Advertising, Business Analytics, Entrepreneurship, or Communication

Fundamental understanding of brand strategy in the overall marketing mix

Minimum education is Vocational High School (SMK) or equivalent majoring in Computer.

Have basic knowledge of installing Operating Systems (OS) both Linux/Ubuntu and Windows OS.

Have basic knowledge of setting up & installing hardware (PC, printer, projector, etc.)

Able to work independently and able to cooperate with team

You are good time management, multi-tasking, and good at teamwork

You will manage and update the file on leads, quotations, agreements, sales orders, booking and invoicing.

You are excellent communication and interpersonal skills

You are proficient in technology, especially with an excellent knowledge of MS Office

You will administer on creating minute key meetings, sales support, and reporting.

You will maintain any filling data and analysis, as well as carry out regular reviews to ensure their accuracy and efficiency.

At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. (Data Analyst)

Having knowledge about: Oracle, Tableau, SQC Query, Data Mining, Expert XL 8 Reporting, Power BI, Charting & Powerpoint on hand.

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics/ Information Technology/Computer Science
