Preferable good knowledge and experience handle Modern Trade market

Preferable have 5 year(s) experience in the same position from FMCG company with min 3 year handle for Local Modern Trade/MTI

Advanced excel and computer software skills

Previous experience of leading teams and conducting high profile negotiations

Build strong relation with customers

Candidate should hold Bachelor / Master's degree from reputable university

Minimum of 3 years' experience in technical mining operations.

Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders.

Must possess valid certifications such as Pengawas Operasional Utama (POU), Pengawas Operasional Madya (POM), and Pengawas Operasional Pertama (POP).

Lead mining operations, ensuring compliance with approved mining standards and procedures.

Supervise day-to-day mining activities at the site, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to safety standards.

Assist in the development and formulation of annual budget proposals and activity plans.
