For Culinary roles- Food hygiene & HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) skills

Experience working in a 5-star hotel, cruise ship or fine dining restaurant

People focused and have experience in working for a multinational team.

Well-developed social skills and have high level of versatility and flexibility to meet the varied needs and expectations of customers.

In this position, the responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following

Collect comment cards from the guest and compile all feedback for management attention and action for future improvement.

Possess strong interpersonal skills – outgoing personality, positive attitude and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To

Take guest information and inform waiting times to guests accurately when tables are not immediately available.

Regularly check reservation list, coordinate with service associate and kitchen staff for necessary preparation of guest arrival.

Inspect and maintain the dining facilities to ensure dining area are cleaned at all the times.
