Maintaining and keeping good level of knowledge of Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD softwares in MEP discipline

2-4 years of MEP/piping designing experience (in the piping engineering/consulting/designer office)

Knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word

Good presentation and/or training skills

Good knowledge of sanitary, water and sewage installations

Local regulations knowledge regarding plumbing (roof drainage, sewage, water supply)

Excellent negotiation and people management skill.

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field

Minimum 10 years of experience in Project Commercial & Contract roles in managerial level, preferably with experience in construction company.

Previous experience in a leadership role with strong and proven leadership skills to develop others

High impact, high visibility management role

Overseeing the finances of projects as it progresses, including progress claims to clients and payment to sub-contractors and suppliers
