Develop and maintain project management processes, tools, and templates, ensuring that they are aligned with industry best practices.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Proficient in project management software such as Trello, Jira, and air table.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.

Prior Knowledge/ Work experience from Digital Media/ Ad Agencies preferred.

Proficiency with Adobe Experience Manager platform

At least 5 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing

At least 5 years of relevant experience in Content Strategy, Digital Content Design, Planning & Execution

Content marketing enthusiast, who is self-motivated, digitally-savvy and results driven.

Needs to Work/ Collaborate well with Content creation team and copywriters to generate content

At least 3 years of experience in waste management and/or circular economy fields

Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Support DCA’s advocacy efforts by developing policy brief regarding EPR and waste management

Have solid knowledge and experience in recycling chain or waste transportation

Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards related to the circular economy and Extended Producer Responsibility

Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
