Memiliki leadership dan interpersonal skill yang baik, teliti, koordinasi team yg baik, dan mampu mengembangkan tim.
Mengawasi dan mengontrol kinerja tim Engineering secara menyeluruh untuk melakukan pengecekan dan perawatan Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing dan Sipil.
Menganalisa, serta menemukan solusi apabila terdapat masalah terkait listrik, mesin, dan alat-alat penunjangnya (panel, genset, pompa, dll).
Membuat analisa kebutuhan reparasi dan pengadaan aset baru pada perangkat kerja yang menjadi bagiannya sesuai kebutuhan operasional perusahaan.
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Chief Engineering; diutamakan memiliki Building Background (Shopping Mall/ Hotel).
Menguasai preventive dan maintenance untuk Mechanical, Electrical,HVAC, Plumbing dan Sipil.
