Experienced in handling full cycle of ERP (all module: HR, Finance, Sales, etc)

I'm currentlylooking for Business Analyst Manager with qualifications:

Demonstrated expertise with at least 5 years of professional experience in app development (Native), showcasing adaptability in the IT industry

Possession of Business Analysis/Business System Analysis certification (Lean Six Sigma)

Mastery of Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD) for comprehensive system understanding

At least 2-5 years working experience in related fields

Have experiences with project mobile app & web app

Have skill SDLC Agile or Scrum

Have skills in MOM, BRD, FSD, ERD, SIT, UAT & etc

Have skill design mockup / prototype (Figma, Balsamiq, etc)

Have knowledge of SQL / NoSQL database

- Pengalaman bekerja 3 thn atau lebih

- Paham dan Pernah Terlibat project pengembangan konsep Business Intelligence (BI)

- Pernah Terlibat project atau familiar konsep API

- Ada pengalaman Bekerja sama dengan lembaga ke-pemerintahan

- Punya pengalaman bekerja atau terlibat project product Tableau/Pentaho/CKAN atau sejenis lainnya

Having a detail oriented and excellent time management skill.

Min. 1 year experience Business/Analytics related fields, qualified fresh graduates are very welcomed.

Demonstrating ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast paced and challenging environment, while delivering targets in timely manner.

Having a good critical thinking & problem-solving skill.

Having a good presentation & communication skill.

Aligning and communicating the organizational priorities across respective stakeholders and business units based on business and financial data.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Master's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Advanced proficiency in project management software.

Min. 5 years of experience in IT project consultancy and business analysis.
