Having capabilities of an order processing view, with an ability to work management, influencing people, and teamworking.

To efficiently manage the order fulfillment processes and in accordance with established operation policies/procedures.

Provide feedback to the relevant sales, supply chain & finance personnel regarding order status and/or changes.

To handle data entry for new defective return tires & FOC program.

Prioritize delivery schedules based on first come first served and customers’ delivery requirements and electronically process delivery orders.

Minimum 1-year experience in order processing or customer service

Magang ini bukan merupakan magang akademik. Dicoding tidak akan mengeluarkan surat/laporan magang.

Magang selama 6 bulan – 1 tahun.

Memiliki sertifikat Bahasa Inggris (TOEIC/TOEFL/IELTS) adalah nilai plus

Memiliki pengalaman/portfolio kemampuan analisa, membaca data, forecasting, planning adalah nilai plus.

Memiliki pengalaman bekerja/internship sebelumnya adalah nilai plus

Performa akan dievaluasi setiap bulan.

Assessing current capacity and effectiveness of policy implementation in disaster management;

Degree in Social Science, Project Management, Business Administration, International Development, Humanitarian Affairs, or others related field

Good understanding of Disaster Risk Management or Disaster Management and desirably good understanding of DRM context in Indonesia

Collaborates closely with the Area Program Support Officer and Area Finance and Admin Assistant.

Strong communication, writing and analytical skills

Demonstrated strong coordination skills.Fluent in English (written and spoken) and Bahasa Indonesia
