Technical school graduate (SMK/D3, majoring in Mechanical engineering, electronic engineering or mechatronic)

Fast learner and able to work in minimum guidance and supervision

At least 3 (three) years’ experience in similar positions of gas compressor

Ability to read, monitor and record data in the logsheet and making monitoring reports

Monitor and stimulate maximum efficiency and productivity to minimize problems and downtime

Perform lockout / tagout, starting/stopping of equipment, and perform equipment checks

Min. Diploma Degree from Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical) or related discipline

Preferably capable for overhaul Waukesha and Caterpillar engine, gas compressor (Ariel, Dresser rand, Ingersoll rand and VRU)

Have written and verbal communication skills (good articulation) and active listening skills.

Follows work instructions (WI) and Product Quality Control Plans (PQCP) for field activity.

Adjusts controls to regulate variables as per instructions. Performs set up procedures to prepare systems for operation.

Monitors and troubleshoots the process to maintain required operating conditions at field.

Performs minor maintenance on process and support equipment.

Performs other duties as assigned. Keeps work area safe and clean.
