Have knowledge of Utility Machine (Chiller, AC, Genset) and horizontal or vertical packing systems

Anayze actions and create ideas for improvement in the factory

Responsible to maintain process of production activities

Ensure production machines run well

Broad knowledge and experiences of all Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Operational, MRO Spares and Financial Budgeting Principles

Manage Capital Programs pertaining to Maintenance and Utilities Improvements

Experienced in the upkeep of High-Speed Automated Machinery, Plant Utilities, Wastewater Treatment and Building

Sound knowledge of Microsoft Tools, Lean/Six Sigma/OPEX Digitalization Tools, Mechanical & Electrical Drawings with AutoCAD, Solidworks

Experiences in ISO 9000, 14000, 45001, and SMK3

Lead a diverse team of Maintenance Members in the upkeep of Automated Machinery and Utilities System

Demonstrated ability to build sound working relationships with clients, management and staff at all levels in the organisation

Training, qualifications & skills required:

Previous experience as field HEF with hydraulic and engine maintenance experience is a must

Previous maintenance experience with Drill & Blast equipment is a must

Solid computing skills with basic Microsoft packages.

Mengoordinasikan dengan departemen lain, seperti produksi dan operasional, untuk menjaga kelancaran proses produksi dan mengatasi masalah teknis yang timbul.

Melakukan pelaporan rutin tentang kinerja pemeliharaan, pemeliharaan yang dilakukan, dan masalah teknis yang dihadapi.
