Prepare reports for Stakeholders (client & Project Manager)

Communicate with IT Project Manager and Lead Engineering

Able to translate user requirements into User Story/Acceptance Criteria

Able to create WIreframe based on User Requirements

Knowledge of RestAPI is a plus

Conduct project evaluation of team members (employees, vendors, or freelance)

Working remotely from each respective city

Establishing partnerships with international schools.

Being a trusted contact for partnership and collaboration discussions.

Generating sales from each established partnership.

Identifying opportunities to build partnership relationships with clients.

Developing and implementing a partnership strategy to drive growth and achieve business objectives.

Mengikuti interview dengan HR dan Mentor / User.

Durasi magang selama satu sampai tiga bulan.

Menyerahkan surat magang dari kampus jika tujuan magang untuk pemenuhan nilai perkuliahan.

Menyerahkan IPK dan nilai mata kuliah, jika tujuan magang untuk mengisi cuti / libur kuliah serta raport terakhir untuk siswa SMK.

Membawa alat kerja sendiri dan segala kerusakan alat kerja ditanggung pemilik.

Mengikuti jam kerja, masuk jam 10.00 WIB dan pulang jam 17.00 WIB serta tidak ada lembur.

- Able to prioritize and manage time effectively

- Active student or fresh graduate from any major (except for the health industry)

- Based in Yogyakarta and able to work from the office at least 2 times a week

- Strong interest in product development

- Able to communicate and collaborate well with the team

Support and work closely with the Product Manager on day-to-day operation

Good analytical and logical thinking skills

Assess potential improvements on the current process/ flow

Assess potential improvements on the existing graphics and UI

Assist in creating prioritization based on impact and effort

Assist in creating backlogs and tasks needed

Previous experience in spreadsheet & data keeping preferred but not required

Monitor & process all incoming external leads from online forms as well as digital ad platforms

Ensure all leads go through a filtration process to filter out non-quality leads

Maintain cross-department monthly cadence related to leads processing

Monitor & process all internal leads

Assist in product-related copywriting requests
