Help create and manage purchase orders

Background or experience in procurement-related will be preferred

Conduct research to identify potential suppliers

Support the procurement team in maintaining and updating supplier contracts and agreements

Correspond with suppliers regarding inquiries, order status, and other related matters

Category: Min. 5th semester or final year students

Manage the end-to-end administrative process of Vendor Management to fulfill the Users and/or Regulatory needs, such as Vendor Registration

Preferably have excellent communication skill including negotiation and presentation

Create Purchase Order (PO) as required by the Procurement Buyer

Send PO to Vendor by email & ensure the Vendor received the email

Proactively liaise with the Procurement Buyer for the Purchase Order purpose

Maintain the internal Tracker for end-to-end PR to PO journey for SLA & Saving reporting

Maintaining documents related to procurement process (proposals, quotations, agreements, and other related documents) as requested and approved by Procurement Lead;

Help INDICO Procurement Team to provide benchmarking data from market survey and other source related to the procurement activities required;

Support in record any documents related to procurement activities for audit purpose;

Support in monitoring execution of transactions and documentation related to specific project in INDICO (I.e Digital Food Ecosystem);

Accurate and precise attention to detail;

Excellent (native-equivalent) verbal & written English, and Bahasa Indonesia;
