Analyze price efficiency by comparing available goods for appropriate pricing

Sourcing and negotiating for key suppliers/vendors

Purchase goods requested by user that meet the expected quantity and quality

Create PO and process PO documents

Fresh graduate or final-year student without daily classes, majoring in Industrial Engineering

Proficient in using Ms. Excel

Mahasiswa aktif/ semester akhir minimal D1 segala jurusan

Memahami pengoperasian Ms. Office (terutama Ms. Excel dan Ms. Word)

Bersedia bergabung pada bulan Juni tahun 2023 dengan periode 6 bulan magang

Bersedia untuk full WFO dengan penempatan Thamrin, Jakarta Pusat

Membuat QCF (Quotation Comparison Form) dan meminta penawaran harga ke vendor

PT OSS requires two internship positions :

a. final year student or fresh graduate in accounting

c. Must be able to speak English and preferably can speak Mandarin

a. bachelor degree in any major

b. expert in microsoft office

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent

At least 3Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Have experience in Retail or FMCG (Manufacturing) industry would be preferable.

Doing analysis of purchase data, from pricing, quantity, supplier profit, lead time, delivery etc
