At least 5 Years) of solid working experience as a PPIC and warehouse in the F&B Industry as a managerial level.

Having experience with export import permit documents also domestic and international couriers/expeditions is an advantage.

Communicative, analytical, and strong negotiation skills.

Have great problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills to collaborate with other divisions.

Familiar with MS Office, able to operate big data with Excel, Vlookup, etc.

Menyusun perencanaan produksi sesuai dengan lead time order.

Memastikan ketersediaan bahan baku dan bahan kemas untuk kelancaran proses produksi.

Bertanggung jawab atas perencanaan, control proses produksi baik kebutuhan bahan baku dan proses produksi.

Menjalankan fungsi koordinasi dengan tim dan antar divisi terkait perencanaan dan pelaksanaan proses produksi.

Membuat laporan dan menganalisa permasalahan kerja secara periodik.

Memahami dan mengerti alur (flow) proses produksi.

Manages warehouse inventory versus customer requirements

Proven experience and excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles

Knowledge and experience in setting up resources integrating system

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

Excellent English communication skill is a must

Accountable in providing information to pertinent departments relating to production schedules and production plans.

Analysis of production yields against BOM requirements.

Approve PR’s based on material requirements.

Par level of both FG and RM requirements.

Generating inventory data to finance team.

Has more than 5 years experience in production planning and inventory control.

Have knowledge of press / assembling / packing & delivery to customer.
