They may also be responsible for developing and maintaining project plans, budgets, and schedules. To become a PMO Executive, you should have a bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, or a related field. You should also have experience in project management, including leading projects and managing teams. Additionally, you should have strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
