Overview Performance Interns are responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of performance improvement initiatives. They work closely with the Performance Improvement team to identify areas of improvement, develop strategies to improve performance, and monitor progress. Performance Interns are also responsible for providing support to the Performance Improvement team in the form of research, data analysis, and project management. Detailed Job Description Performance Interns are responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of performance improvement initiatives. They work closely with the Performance Improvement team to identify areas of improvement, develop strategies to improve performance, and monitor progress. Performance Interns are also responsible for providing support to the Performance Improvement team in the form of research, data analysis, and project management.

Performance Interns will be expected to:
