Work closely with Client as well as with Principle to conduct VIT execution, support SIT and UAT execution.

Prepare the Test Plan and Test Case Scenario as per FSD.

To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity

Pega Engineers to be responsible for managing technology in projects and providing technical guidance or solutions for work completion

To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.

To be responsible for providing technical guidance or solutions; define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team.

Min 3+ years of experience in related field.

Proven work experience as a Pega developer.

Familiarity with J2EE, XML, Java, JSP, and EJB.

Knowledge and ability to create technical solutions for process automations

Experience of business process design, modelling, and implementation on projects

Knowledge of Agile development and delivery models

Analyze, design and support implementation of business-specific solutions and/or frameworks
