Partnership Supervisor Jobs

Experience in creating regular and tactical promotions (preferable on a nationwide scale)

Experience in partnership with external parties, such as Bank, Aggregators, E-Commerce, etc.

Plan and execute promotion & partnership program, events execution

Monitor and evaluate promotion and partnership activities

Create partnerships with external parties (ex. Bank, E-Commerce, etc.)

Measure and report marketing program performance using the right metric

Willing to assist other projects assigned by the manager to support the overall performance of the team if needed;

Having experience in influencer marketing/brand partnership for 2 - 4 years in FMCG industry or agency is preferred;

Organize and calendar Partnership Marketing campaigns in line with the overall marketing and/or sales calendar;

Collaborate with other departments (designers, social media etc.) to align with marketing and/or sales targets;

Provide assistance with administrative tasks such as finalizing payments and promotional documentation;

Willing to travel where required

Responsible for preparing the data needed in the Report Finance, and managing Fixed Assets Books, Prepaid Expense Books, Insurance, and Leases

Assist Accounting Manager in preparing data or documents at the time an annual audit is carried out by a third party

Having Brevet A and B certifications is preferred

Responsible for recording all payment transactions so that they do not occur missed or inappropriate

Responsible for recording the Accrual Journal in accordance with the provisions applicable
