Operations Support Intern Jobs

Min. 1 year working experience in project management / operations role

Good stakeholder management and communications skills

Manage and support product marketing activities, including respond to enquiries, create announcement & upload related material.

Collaborate with other team or brand to manage article & journal.

Create & analyze data insight report from user.

Create media order report from Account Team.

Providing technical and administrative support for the day-to-day operations in head office and site.

Gathering and ensuring the operations data is ready to be processed.

Supporting technical team in handling operational issue.

Final year students or fresh graduates majoring in Industrial Engineering, Agricultura Engineering, Agronomy.

Proficiency using Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.

High initiative and pro active personality is a must.

Mahasiswa jurusan Management, Teknik Industri, atau sejenisnya.

Have knowledge about inventory data, point of sale, tracking distribution

Ability to use spreadsheets, databases and other IT programmes
