Possess more than 2 years of experience in a related role

Highly developed written, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Strategic Planning: Developing strategic partnerships and campaigns to build good relationships result in a comprehensive understanding of the business objectives

A bachelor's degree or master's degree in any major

Have a great understanding of the design & printing industry

Knowledge of statistical techniques in a natural resource management context.

Demonstrated advanced aptitude in Excel and/or other data management software and report writing.

Train staff on techniques to ensure skillsets are sustained within Revalue

Experience with the carbon market and existing carbon methodologies (e.g. VERRA)

Knowledge of UNFCCC frameworks and climate change policy

Experience working or living in developing countries.

5-8 years' experience in Business Operations Management

Experience working with task management platforms, past experience with Wrike or similar platforms a plus

Leadership experience and evidence that you can excellently manage and motivate teams

Experience/knowledge of Lean process methods would be an advantage

Manage the Operations team members and objectives, and serve as right hand to the COO

Manage and optimise the overall operational activities of the company, proactively identify operational gaps and drive operational efficiency and effectiveness
