Has a level 1 risk management certificate

Experience in Banking operational min 2 years (experience as a head of Bank operations is an added value)

Perform branch control operations & function as a helpdesk for branch operational issues

Monitor daily, weekly, monthly & annual branch reports

Conduct socialization of the head office program

Minimum a Bachelor's Degree (S1)

Data visualization & Verbal Communication Skills

Assist on the operational activities for Super Learning & Development team.

Create training key talking point materials and presentations.

Facilitate training sessions through various activities including setting up equipment, distributing materials, and addressing technical issues.

Responsible in reviewing, analyzing transactions and give recommendation to avoid and resolve problems in system, dispute payment documents, etc.

Able to join 6 months internship period (1 July - 31 December 2023)

Fluent in English will be advantage
