Operational Compliance Executive Jobs

Conduct periodic review of NCR/ CAPA trends, analysis and provide feedback for the effectiveness of correction/ preventive actions.

Act as a NCR/ CAPA Site Coordinator, local administrator and trainer of TrackWise-Global CAPA system.

Act as a Site Representative in Global NCR/CAPA community.

Involve in MTO and Cockpit (AQA) monthly reporting, when required.

Involve in the product recall, FAA, and mock recall, when required.

Performs other duties as assigned

Great understanding of Operation Management, Shipping Management, Supply Chain Management, 5R, and CONIM

Min. 2 years’ experience as Operational Consolidation Officer in Transportation, Logistic, or Transportation Digital Platform is preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsible for planning out on receiving and shipping goods

Making sure goods received by consolidation warehouse are in accordance with SLA

Making sure correct products received by zero damage consolidation warehouse

Responsible for supplier qualification and performance monitoring.

Review and ensure Approved Supplier List is up-to-date.

Develop, implement and maintain supplier audit program and ensure supplier audits are conducted as per an established schedule.

Develop and review Quality Assurance Agreement with suppliers.

Lead the Material Review Board (MRB) meeting.

Participate in HA/NB inspection and internal audit.

Excellent presentation and negotiation skills

Execute and manage event/on-ground activities

Manage and organize communities within schools and campuses

Student in the final year or recent graduates are welcome to apply

Actively involved in organizational activities and committees

Monitor the execution of event/on-ground activities

• Supplier traning module development on SNI chemical management standards.

• Publish quarterly compliance performance report for management.

• alignment with businesses on the SLA for SNI certification.

Minimum 7-8 years of relevant experience.

• Implementation of SNI Product Compliance, for all the brand across all concepts.

• Testing standard finalization & protocol development of new product category, as per country regulations.

Supplier traning module development on SNI chemical management standards.

Publish quarterly compliance performance report for management.

Shall work closely with corporate quality to align with landmark quality requirement. Also develop plan for business related activity.

Development of factory audit process & implementation of factory audit for SNI regulated product category.

Developement of supplier on boarding process & training module for local supplier to support local sourcing.
