Operational Analyst Jobs

Ensure adequate compliance with defined policies (SOP) throughout LDC Indonesia (Lampung Site).

Monitor actual spending to be align with budget – provide analysis for discrepancies in monthly basis.

Monitor project’s progress in term of spending & timeliness.

Drive annual budget’s process and cost saving.

Proficiency in cost accounting, project management.

Manage factory budgets, report variances.

Excellent communication and analytical abilities.

Ensure budget alignment and progress monitoring.

Validate purchases and enforce SOP compliance.

Safeguard assets, drive continuous improvement.

Be a business partner to all functions in the platform, such as: Commercial, Execution, Finance and Industrial

Be a part of the SOP process according to the business needs/requirements, delivering all the necessary figures and analysis

Strong critical thinking, analytical and numeric skills

Can manage changing priorities with ease

Able to manage work with deadline

Have the entire information and understanding of the business performance (full P&L up to Net Margin)

Work closely with other departments and provide assistance for matters related to business permits or requirements from other departments

Min. 2 years of work experience in a consulting company or government relation

Have experience in managing business permits

Excellent networking, communication, and organization skills

Attend meetings and explain to clients the business permit process

Understand the business permit process
