Crowd Management: Assist in guiding attendees, maintaining orderly queues, and ensuring a comfortable environment for all.

Attendee Assistance: Be a point of contact for attendees, answering questions, providing directions, and offering assistance as needed, etc.

Previous experience in event coordination, or related roles is a plus.

Experience in hospitality, or roles that involve direct interaction with people.

Experience with technical elements relevant to the events is a plus.

Assistance to Presenters: Provide support to event speakers or performers, ensuring they have the necessary equipment and materials.

Lead and manage a demonstration booth in the pop-up maker space event.

Experience as a teacher in physics, arts, or computer science (or related fields) for minimum 1 year

Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.

Sociable personality with a passion for sharing knowledge and inspiring others.

Teacher Volunteers for Pop-up Maker Space Event

Conduct hands-on activities with the visitors (students) and explain the concepts behind them.

Manage online-class activities effectively to escalate student’s learning experience.

Experienced in teaching and/or have language test certification (DALF/DELF/DILF/etc.) is/are a plus.

A University students or fresh graduate from any major (French education or literature student will be preferred).

Conduct learning materials delivery based on curriculum and schedule to students.

Control student’s progress and ensure their understanding in learning process.

Provide good interaction with students, such as asking questions and giving feedbacks.

Native-level German language skills ( C2+)

You have at least 1 year of experience in teaching German
